Shipping and Returns

Orders will be shipped by edeedex or the Belgian post. Shipping costs 25€ and LILU currently ships to the Nederlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Great-Britain. If you’d like us to ship elsewhere please contact us directly to organise shipping.

Once LILU has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

Belgian Post : Belgian Post do not deliver to post-office boxes. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. When your order leaves the atelier you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on.

Delivery times: Goods will be dispatched on regular working days. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.

Belgian Post up to 14 working days 

When your order leaves our atelier we will send you an email with a you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Tax and Duties: The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. LILU is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipment from LILU, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and /or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments, and the cost returning the package to LILU).


For all return/exchange requests please contact / telephone number: xxx within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning purchased products, unless the product is faulty and then LILU will cover the returns postage cost.

Our returns policy entitles you to return products from our e-shop only for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us and you are responsible for all postage costs relating to the return of the item.

Important note: Made-to-order bags are made to your particular specifications, therefore, once you have confirmed your order, the purchase is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
